The Service gives access to software files (APK) and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gamesplace. We do not guarantee the security, functionality, or legality of those files. You accept all risk associated with downloading or using any file obtained through the Service.

Gamesplace has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gamesplace, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
